It’s also incredible easy to make. This pudding takes about 10 minutes total hands-on-time (the chilling takes longer, though).

  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Health Warrior Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Agave
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Sticky Pecans

  • 3/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Agave
  • Pinch Sea Salt


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, agave, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  2. To make sticky pecans, add maple syrup, agave, and salt to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, and stir in pecans. Lets pecans sit for 5 minutes. To serve, spoon sticky pecans over pudding, and enjoy!
