  • 1 Health Warrior Blueberry Protein Mug Muffin
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp granola


  1. Prepare Protein Mug Muffin according to directions. Allow to cool and slice in half.
  2. Heat up frozen blueberries in a small sauce pan on medium-high heat until blueberries start to break apart, about 3 min.
  3. Assemble the parfait alternating between layers of coconut yogurt, blueberry mug muffin, blueberry sauce, and granola. Enjoy!
